    Directeur de comptes lignes personnelles – Lamèque, Nouveau-Brunswick

    L’occasion

    Archway Assurance – J & N est à la recherche d’un.e chargé.e de compte en lignes personnelles pour leur équipe de service à la clientèle située à Lamèque au Nouveau-Brunswick. Afin de réussir à ce poste, vous devez prendre un réel plaisir à aider et à travailler avec les gens. Vous démontrez de l’initiative qui vous permet de bien travailler seul.e, tout en contribuant à un environnement de travail positif. Vos responsabilités comprendront à :

    • Offrir à nos clients du service à la clientèle de qualité par courriel, par téléphone et/ou en personne ;
    • Gérer le compte des affaires en lignes personnelles, y compris les changements de police, les ajouts, la gestion des réclamations, et la vente croisée pour les nouvelles affaires ;
    • Maintenir les dossiers des clients par l’entremise de logiciels à base de systèmes informatiques ;
    • Promouvoir la rétention des clients par l’entremise de contact personnel régulier, des conseils pour les réclamations et d’un service de qualité.

    Qualifications

    Le candidat idéal aura les qualifications suivantes:

    • Expérience avec les lignes personnelles en assurance ;
    • Détention d’une licence de courtier d’assurance générale de niveau 1 ;
    • Un engagement établi à offrir un service supérieur à la clientèle ;
    • Des compétences supérieures en communication et le souci du détail.

    Rémunération

    Personal Lines Account Manager – Cumberland, NS

    Archway Insurance is seeking a new Personal Lines Account Manager for their service team in Springhill, NS. To succeed in this position, you must genuinely enjoy helping and working with people. You are a self-starter that works well on your own, while contributing to a positive team environment. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Providing high quality customer service to our clients via email, phone and in person
    • Managing a book of existing personal lines business
    • Maintenance of customer records using a computer-based insurance software system
    • Promoting client retention through regular personal contact, claims counseling and superior service

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

    • Proven commitment to providing superior customer service satisfaction
    • Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
    • Three to five years customer service experience with a strong background in personal lines insurance
    • Preference given to candidates with level II General Insurance Brokers’ License, CIP or CAIB designation
    • A working knowledge of The Agency Manager (TAM) broker management system would be an asset

    Account Manager, Employee Benefit Division – Halifax, NS

    The Opportunity

    Archway Insurance is seeking an Account Manager for our Halifax location. Reporting to the Vice President of Employee Benefits – Pension – Living Benefits – Life Divisions, the Account Administrator is responsible for customer service to our personal and corporate employee benefits clients, accurate computer entry including invoicing, data input and maintenance of client records. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Providing high quality customer service to our clients via email, phone and in person
    • Assist in processing of new business, applications and renewals for Group Benefit & Pension clients
    • Ability to manage and service a block of business, which includes responding promptly to client inquiries, following up with carriers, scheduling client meetings, and problem solving
    • Gather / compile client census data for quoting purposes
    • Participate in the preparation and distribution of benefits communication and educational materials
    • Statement tracking and account reconciliation
    • Understand and navigate online carrier portals for tracking, statements, and reference materials
    • Identify marketing opportunities within current book of business

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

    • Proven commitment to providing superior customer service and satisfaction
    • Excellent communication and data entry skills along with a strong attention to detail
    • Have an understanding of group insurance
    • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook

    • Various administrative duties including taking client payments, filing, scanning and file maintenance.
    • Follow up with clients with regards to compliance documents, missing information, and medical underwriting
    • Statement tracking and account reconciliation
    • Understand and navigate online carrier portals for tracking, statements, and reference materials
    • Identify marketing opportunities within current book of business

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

    • Proven commitment to providing superior customer service and satisfaction
    • Excellent communication and data entry skills along with a strong attention to detail
    • Have an understanding of individual life insurance
    • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Highly effective organizational skills
