    Training & Audit Manager – Maritimes

    The Opportunity

    Archway Insurance is seeking a Training & Audit Manager for Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. This position will require travel and flexibility in terms of work locations.     The successful candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter with demonstrated independence and initiative, while contributing to a positive team environment.
    Responsibilities will include:

    • Development and implementation of internal training programs
    • Oversight of the brokerage audit process, including ongoing feedback to the Senior Management Group
    • Delivery of onsite and web-based training sessions related to employee onboarding, workflow processes, and software skills development
    • Identify and provide solutions for training requirements that will assist employee growth 

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

    • Experience with designing and delivering training programs and workshops
    • Familiarity with the auditing of procedures and workflows
    • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and insurance management systems (EPIC preferred)
    • Above average writing and organizational skills
    • Adaptive and conscientious personality
    • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
    • An above average understanding of the insurance industry
    • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable motor vehicle to travel to company locations
    • Fluently bilingual in both French and English would be an asset

    Qualifications
    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

    • Proven commitment to providing superior customer service satisfaction
    • Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
    • Three to five years customer service experience with a strong background in personal lines insurance
    • Preference given to candidates with level II General Insurance Brokers’ License, CIP or CAIB designation
    • A working knowledge of The Agency Manager (EPIC) broker management system would be an asset
