To submit a claim, contact the Archway office that you purchased your policy from during regular business hours, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For 24-hour claim service, contact your insurance company directly. For an auto claim, you will find the toll-free number for reporting a claim listed on the back of your pink insurance card that you carry with you.
