Archway Insurance is pleased to announce our offices are opening to our clients, with new procedures in place to ensure the health and safety of both our employees and you.
Beginning June 29, 2020, you may visit an Archway Insurance office to pick up a liability card, make a payment or conduct any other insurance business that can be completed from our reception area. In order to ensure social distancing at all times, our office door will remain locked. You will knock or ring the bell and be invited to enter the reception area, one guest, at a time.
Should you require a private meeting to purchase insurance or review your policy in detail with your broker, an appointment is required. We are not able to serve walk-in guests at this time beyond the reception desk area. Please call or email your local Archway office to schedule an appointment in advance. This formality is required to ensure social distancing and office cleaning protocols can be followed at all times.
Archway has been closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and continues to observe Health Canada’s recommendations. Our first priority is the continued safety of our customers and employees.
We would remind all clients that Archway is able to provide all insurance services to you in the comfort of your own home by phone, email or video conferencing. We continue to encourage our clients to use digital methods to contact us throughout the pandemic.
